Job role / responsibilities
Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of TATA commercial vehicles with a focus on quality, safety, and performance. Ensure timely service delivery, minimize vehicle downtime, and uphold the reliability and efficiency of all mechanical and electrical systems to meet customer expectations. Work collaboratively with service teams to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction across DIMO’s Islandwide branch network.
Required skills
- GCE Ordinary Level qualification with credit passes for English and Mathematics
- Ability to read and understand user manuals in English, Sinhala, and/or Tamil
- Valid driving licence
